Responsibilities

Implement the business plan for area of responsibility by communicating goals and managing staffing and scheduling, assigning duties and coordinating workloads to achieve facility goals.
Monitor and manage productivity of area by preparing, reviewing, and/or analyzing business reports.
Maintain quality and safety standards by ensuring associates are trained on policies, standards and procedures, monitoring compliance.
Identify associate, customer, or supplier concerns and determine corrective actions to resolve.
Supervise and develop associates and leaders by assigning duties, coordinating workloads, monitoring performance, and providing feedback.
