Job summary

US Foods is seeking an Area Director, Finance I to lead the financial strategy across one or more Distribution Centers. You will partner with the Area President and cross-functional leaders to drive EBITDA and working capital improvements.

You will oversee forecasting, balance sheet health, and financial reporting, coaching area managers, and ensuring SOX controls. This role demands strong leadership, analytical insight, and the ability to influence at multiple levels.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in finance, accounting, or business administration.
• CPA or MBA preferred for advanced finance leadership roles.
• 7+ years of accounting/financial analysis management experience and strong cross-functional collaboration.

Responsibilities

• Own the execution of area finance strategy and targets.
• Lead P&L management, budgeting, and forecasting to drive EBITDA.
• Collaborate with cross-functional partners to improve financial results.
• Provide clear visibility into financial performance and risks to leadership.
• Ensure SOX controls and financial integrity across the area and DCs.
