Job summary

Diamond Parking is seeking an Area/Facility Manager to oversee daily operations at assigned parking stations and facilities. You will work with site managers to ensure smooth service, compliance, and optimal performance.

The role requires high school diploma or GED, 2–3 years of related experience, strong communication, math, and computer skills, plus knowledge of MS Office. Travel between sites may be required.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED is required.
• 2–3 years of related experience or training with increasing responsibility.
• Ability to read, write, and comprehend instructions, correspondence, and memos.
• Ability to effectively communicate in one-on-one and small group situations.
• Able to add, subtract, multiply, and divide using whole numbers.
• Able to apply common sense when performing duties and following written and oral instructions.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite.

Responsibilities

• Provide courteous and professional relationships with customers, vendors, subordinates, co-workers, and managers.
• Meet and exceed all terms and conditions of contract(s) for locations.
• Train associates in customer service, operational procedures, time card completion, and on-the-job safety.
• Conduct field audits of associates to ensure revenue procedures are followed and revenue is properly accounted for.
• Ensure OSHA and safety standards are met and company safety procedures followed.
• Process accounts payable and receivable within established guidelines; manage expenses and cash flow.
• Nourish the client/customer base by communicating with landlords/property managers; pursue growth.
• Market for growth and maximize profitability of assigned location(s).
• Ensure reliable transportation and maintain professional appearance.
