• Proven leadership with coaching and accountability.
• Ability to drive business results while managing day-to-day operations across locations.

Responsibilities

• Own delivery of the consultative client experience across 4–6 offices with consistency.
• Evaluate execution and client impact across locations and close gaps.
• Lead adoption of new client-experience processes, tools, and behaviors.
• Coach Tax Professionals and Client Service Professionals to durable performance.
• Provide feedback to strengthen team execution and bench strength.
• Own revenue, growth, and operational performance across offices.
• Monitor metrics, identify trends, and drive actions for client acquisition and retention.
• Oversee staffing, scheduling, labor management, compliance, and SOPs.
