Job summary

H&R Block seeks a Multi-Office Leader (Area Experience Leader) to oversee 4–6 retail offices, ensuring a consistent, high-quality client experience. You will coach Tax Professionals and Client Service Professionals, drive readiness, and balance strategic oversight with in-office presence to deliver strong business results.

You will lead staffing, facilities, compliance, and day-to-day operations, while using data-driven insights to improve client outcomes and grow revenue across the portfolio.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a related field or equivalent experience.
• Proven leadership of teams in multi-unit environments with accountability for performance outcomes.
• Strong client-centric mindset with experience delivering consultative client experience.
• Ability to coach, develop, and hold teams accountable while driving business results.
• Experience managing day-to-day operations across multiple locations, including staffing and labor management.

Responsibilities

• Own consistent delivery of the client experience across 4–6 offices with disciplined execution.
• Evaluate execution quality and client impact across locations and drive continuous improvement.
• Lead by example, coach teams, and reinforce accountability for performance.
• Oversee office readiness, staffing, facilities, and day-to-day operations across offices.
• Monitor performance metrics and use insights to improve client acquisition and retention.
