You’ll own office readiness, staffing, compliance, and day‑to‑day operations, using data‑driven insights to improve client outcomes and business results.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience required.
• 3+ years work experience leading teams in a multi‑unit retail, service, or operations environment.
• Strong client‑centric mindset with consultative experience desired.
• Proven ability to coach, develop, and hold teams accountable.
• Experience driving business and financial results while managing day‑to‑day operations across locations.

Responsibilities

• Own consistent execution of client experience across 4–6 offices.
• Evaluate execution quality and client impact across locations.
• Drive adoption of new client experience processes and tools.
• Lead teams with clear expectations and accountability.
• Coach based on observed behavior and performance to strengthen execution.
• Identify patterns, address gaps, and develop bench strength.
• Manage revenue, growth, and business outcomes across offices.
• Monitor metrics and implement actions to improve results and retention.
• Oversee daily operations including staffing, labor, facilities, and compliance.
• Prepare offices for seasonal demand and office readiness across locations.
