• Bachelor’s degree in a related field or equivalent experience
• Proven 3+ years leading teams in multi-unit retail/service/operations with performance accountability
• Strong client-centric mindset with consultative experience
• Demonstrated ability to drive business results while managing day-to-day ops across locations
• Experience leading through change and adopting new processes
• Ability to travel frequently between offices to maintain in-person presence

• Own consistent delivery of the client experience across 4–6 offices with disciplined execution
• Evaluate execution quality and client impact across locations and drive improvements
• Lead and coach Tax Professionals and Client Service Professionals to consistent performance
