H&R Block, Inc. seeks a Multi-Office Leader (Area Experience Leader) to oversee 4–6 offices, ensuring exceptional client experience, strong operational execution, and robust team performance.

You will coach Tax Professionals and Client Service Professionals, set clear expectations, drive revenue and client growth, and own office readiness across locations with a hands-on leadership approach.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
• 3+ years leading teams in multi-unit settings with accountability for performance.
• Strong client-centric mindset with consultative experience.
• Proven ability to coach, develop and hold teams accountable.
• Experience managing day-to-day ops across multiple locations including labor.
• Experience leading through change and adopting new processes.
• Ability to travel frequently between offices.

Responsibilities

• Own consistent delivery of consultative client experience across 4–6 offices.
• Evaluate execution quality and client impact; drive improvements.
• Lead and coach Tax Professionals and Client Service Professionals.
• Own office readiness, staffing, facilities, and day-to-day operations.
• Monitor performance metrics and drive revenue and growth.
• Ensure in‑person presence across locations through travel.
