You will coach Tax Professionals and Client Service Professionals, maintain office readiness, staffing, and compliance, while balancing strategic oversight with hands-on leadership to drive client outcomes and strong performance.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in a related field.
• 3+ years leading teams in a multi-unit retail/service/operations setting with accountable outcomes.
• Strong client-centric mindset with consultative experience.
• Proven ability to coach, develop, and hold teams accountable.
• Experience driving business and financial results across multiple locations.
• Experience managing or partnering in facilities, staffing, or compliance.

Responsibilities

• Own consistent delivery of the client experience across 4–6 offices with disciplined execution.
• Evaluate execution quality and client impact; drive continuous improvement.
• Lead adoption of new client experience processes, tools, and behaviors in offices.
• Coach Tax Professionals and Client Service Professionals toward consistent performance.
• Provide real-time feedback to strengthen team execution and bench strength.
• Identify patterns, address gaps, and develop high-potential talent.
• Own revenue, growth, and operational performance across offices.
• Monitor metrics, identify trends, and implement actions to improve results.
• Ensure daily operations across offices, including staffing, scheduling, and compliance.
• Oversee office readiness, including facilities, equipment, supplies, and onboarding.
