Job summary

H&R Block, Inc. seeks a Multi-Office Leader (Area Experience Leader) to oversee 4–6 retail offices, ensuring a consistent, high-quality client experience and strong operational execution across locations.

You will coach Tax Professionals and Client Service Professionals, align priorities, and drive revenue and performance while maintaining in-office presence and preparing offices for seasonal demand. Travel between offices is required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
• 3+ years leading teams in multi-unit environments.
• Strong client-centric mindset with consultative service.
• Proven leadership for coaching and accountability.
• Experience driving business and financial results across locations.
• Experience leading through change and adopting new processes.
• Ability to prioritize across multiple locations with independent judgment.
• Experience in facilities, staffing, or compliance operations.
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills, including handling escalations.
• Ability to interpret data and translate insights into action.
