H&R Block is seeking a Multi-Office Leader (Area Experience Leader) to oversee 4–6 retail offices, ensuring a consistent, high-quality client experience. You will coach Tax Professionals and Client Service Professionals, set expectations for service and performance, and balance strategic oversight with hands-on presence.

You’ll own office readiness, staffing, facilities, compliance, and daily operations, drive revenue and business results, monitor metrics, and travel frequently to maintain

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience required.
• 3+ years leading teams in a multi-unit environment with accountability for performance outcomes.
• Strong client-centric mindset and leadership capabilities.

Responsibilities

• Own consistent delivery of the client experience across 4–6 offices.
• Evaluate execution quality and client impact across locations.
• Lead adoption of new client experience processes, tools, and behaviors.
• Coach Tax Professionals and Client Service Professionals for consistent performance.
• Provide coaching based on observed behaviors, performance, and feedback.
• Identify patterns and develop bench strength and talent across offices.
• Own revenue, growth, and operational performance across offices.
• Monitor performance metrics and implement actions to improve results.
• Ensure daily operations, staffing, scheduling, and compliance across offices.
• Oversee office and workforce readiness, including facilities and onboarding.
