H&R Block is seeking a Multi-Office Leader (Area Experience Leader) to oversee a portfolio of 4–6 retail offices and ensure a consistently excellent client experience across locations. You will set expectations for consultative service, operational execution, and team performance while staying hands-on in daily operations.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a related field or equivalent experience.
• Proven leadership of multi-location teams with performance accountability.

Responsibilities

• Own consistent delivery of the client experience across 4–6 offices with disciplined standards.
• Evaluate execution quality and client impact across locations and drive improvements.
• Lead adoption of new client experience processes, tools, and behaviors.
• Coach Tax Professionals and Client Service Professionals for consistent performance.
• Provide coaching informed by observed behaviors and real-time feedback.
• Identify patterns, address gaps, and develop bench strength for high potential talent.
• Own revenue, growth, and operational performance across offices.
• Monitor metrics and take action to improve results, acquisition, and retention.
• Ensure daily operations, staffing, scheduling, compliance, and SOPs.
• Prepare offices for seasonal demand and office readiness.
