You will lead Tax Professionals and Client Service Professionals, coaching teams to anticipate client needs, uphold standards, and drive business results while ensuring staffing, facilities, and day-to-day operations are ready for peak periods.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
• 3+ years leading multi-unit teams in a retail/service environment.
• Proven ability to drive business results across multiple locations, including operations.
• Strong leadership, coaching, and accountability capabilities.

Responsibilities

• Own 4–6 office portfolio and ensure consistent client experience.
• Coach Tax Professionals and Client Service Professionals to meet client needs.
• Monitor performance metrics and drive improvements across offices.
• Oversee staffing, facilities, compliance, and day-to-day operations.
• Travel frequently to maintain in-person presence across locations.
