Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
• 3+ years leading teams in a multi-unit setting with performance accountability.
• Strong client-centric mindset with consultative experience.
• Proven coaching, development and accountability capabilities.
• Ability to drive business and financial results across multiple locations.
• Experience guiding change and new processes successfully.
• Independent judgment to manage competing demands across locations.
• Experience in facilities, staffing, or compliance operations.
• Strong problem-solving skills and data interpretation abilities.
• Willingness and ability to travel frequently to multiple offices.

Responsibilities

• Own consistent delivery of the client experience across 4–6 offices with disciplined execution.
• Evaluate execution quality and client impact, using insights to close gaps.
• Drive adoption of new client experience processes, tools, and behaviors.
• Lead staff by setting expectations, coaching for consistent performance.
• Provide coaching informed by observed behaviors and real-time feedback.
• Identify patterns, address performance gaps, and develop bench strength.
• Own revenue, growth, and operational performance across offices.
• Monitor performance metrics and implement actions to improve results.
• Ensure daily operations, staffing, scheduling, and compliance across offices.
• Oversee office readiness including facilities, equipment, and onboarding.
