You will coach Tax Professionals and Client Service Professionals, set expectations, and balance strategic oversight with hands‑on leadership to drive service excellence and strong business results.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
• 3+ years leading teams in multi‑unit retail, service, or operations.
• Strong client‑centric mindset with consultative experience.
• Proven ability to coach, develop, and hold teams accountable.
• Experience driving business and financial results across multiple locations.

Responsibilities

• Own consistent delivery of the client experience across 4–6 offices.
• Evaluate execution quality and client impact across locations.
• Drive adoption of new client experience processes and tools.
• Lead staff by setting expectations and coaching for performance.
• Provide coaching using observed behaviors and real‑time feedback.
• Own revenue, growth, and operations across offices.
• Monitor metrics and implement actions to improve results.
• Ensure daily operations, staffing, scheduling, and compliance.
• Prepare for seasonal demand with recruiting and onboarding.
