Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in engineering or related field required.
Professional Engineer License or equivalent registration required.
20+ years of leadership, PM oversight, client management, and business development experience.
Experience managing financial performance (budgeting, forecasting, utilization, profitability).
Experience with state, county, and major municipality clients.

Responsibilities

Provide direction to Office Leaders to achieve regional and local priorities.
Collaborate with Business Line Leaders to align growth plans and pursuits with strategies.
Partner with Market Leaders to develop market strategies and client engagement to expand presence.
Oversee financial performance, budgeting, forecasting, and revenue targets for the region.
Drive staff engagement, mentorship, and succession planning across offices.
