Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in civil engineering from an accredited program.
• Professional Engineer License is required.
• 10+ years’ experience in a specialized discipline with project management and business development.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate strategic growth plan with office managers and practice leaders.
• Establish and grow market presence through marketing and business development.
• Manage department budget and allocate resources accordingly.
• Lead and contribute to proposal production.
• Serve as a technical resource to project managers and staff.
• Oversee staffing needs and interview/hire for the section.
• Conduct performance reviews and provide ongoing coaching and development.
