Job summary

Aimbridge Hospitality is seeking an Area Engineer to maintain multiple hotel properties in Williston, ND. You will handle preventive maintenance, repairs, and hands-on tasks across carpentry, painting, plumbing, electrical, and HVAC, ensuring safety and seamless operations.

You may even drive the shuttle van as needed while addressing guest requests and work orders with urgency and professionalism. As a leader on the Engineering team, you will coordinate schedules, mentor staff, and uphold brand

Qualifications

• Experience in a hotel or related field preferred.
• High School diploma or equivalent required.
• Licensed in a trade preferred.
• Must have a valid driver’s license and an acceptable Motor Vehicle Driving Record.
• Must convey information clearly, work well under pressure, and handle workplace problems effectively.
• Must be able to work independently and understand financial information and basic arithmetic functions.

Responsibilities

• Provide warm, attentive, service-oriented guest interactions.
• Manage schedules and attendance according to Aimbridge scheduling standards.
• Maintain a polished appearance reflecting brand pride and professionalism.
