Job summary

Xylem is seeking an Area/District Manager for the Lower Gulf Region in a full-time capacity in Los Angeles area. The role entails full area ownership of business operations, P&L responsibility, and high accountability for customer satisfaction in a fast-paced, high-transaction environment.

You will lead cross-functional teams, drive safety and process improvements, and build strong customer partnerships while aligning with corporate strategy and growth targets.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business/admin/engineering or related field
• Advanced degree or equivalent combination of education and experience
• 8+ years experience in management and successful demonstration of key responsibilities and knowledge
• Proven leadership and collaboration skills with the ability to supervise, coach, and influence employees
• Ability to manage dispersed workforce
• Ability to obtain and maintain clearance to drive a company vehicle
• Familiarity with SAP and MS Dynamics; proficient in MS Office
