Job summary

Shamin Hotels in Richmond, VA is seeking a Director of Sales to oversee all sales and revenue generation for hotel, catering, and F&B operations. You will lead strategy, pricing, and client engagement to maximize occupancy and ADR while guiding a high-performing sales team.

The role requires proven hotel sales experience, strong negotiation and presentation skills, and the ability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or related field (preferred).
• Proven experience in hotel sales, catering sales, food and beverage sales, or hospitality management, with a focus on sales and revenue generation.

Responsibilities

Sales Strategy Development

• Develop and implement comprehensive sales strategies to increase revenue and market share for hotel rooms, catering services, and food and beverage outlets.

Client Relationship Management

Marketing and Promotion

Budget Management
