Job summary

Health Dimensions Group is seeking an Area Director of Wellness (RN) to provide multi-site clinical leadership across Wisconsin CBRF communities. You will mentor staff, guide assessments, care planning, and medication administration while ensuring regulatory compliance and resident-centered care.
