HHS Talent Solutions, LLC is seeking a friendly, compassionate housekeeping leader to direct all Environmental Service Programs on a remote US-based shift. You will guide a goal-oriented housekeeping team to create a safe, clean, and healing environment for patients.

Responsibilities include recruiting, training, coaching, inspections, and budget alignment while collaborating with directors and facility leadership to meet goals and maintain high patient satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Experience in healthcare or hospital housekeeping management.
• Ability to recruit, train, and coach staff.
• Strong focus on safety, quality, and patient satisfaction.

Responsibilities

• Provide leadership that supports a team environment that fosters morale, passion, quality, and respect.
• Demonstrate continuous ability to maintain and/or improve customer and patient satisfaction.
• Assist in managing team member recruiting, training, development, and assignments.
• Perform daily inspections and assessments and coach and counsel team members.
• Collaborate with director and department, facility, and company leadership to achieve goals.
• Assist in making adjustments to meet facility, budget, and compliance goals.
• Execute, maintain, and monitor quality control systems and budgets.
• Drive compliance with health, safety, and industry regulatory agencies.
