Job summary

HHS is seeking a Director of Environmental Services to lead hospital EVS programs across multiple facilities, with 100% travel between sites.

You will recruit, develop, and supervise teams, ensure safety, cleanliness, and regulatory compliance, and partner with facility leaders to meet performance goals while supporting budgets and patient satisfaction. This is a hands-on leadership role in a growing healthcare services company.

Direct all HHS Environmental Service Programs throughout the duration of the shift. Support a goal-oriented hospital housekeeping department to create a team environment that is effective, productive, and rewarding.
