Job summary

FCA seeks a Director to grow the ministry in South Dallas through praying, staffing, and funding, aligned with the organization’s mission and values. The role leads in ministry advancement across several lanes and reports to the regional leadership, working with staff, volunteers, boards, and donors to implement a strategic plan.

The candidate will recruit and develop diverse staff, build partnerships, and steward resources while maintaining biblical standards and FCA policies.

Qualifications

• Must align with FCA values and beliefs.
• Experience leading staff and volunteers in nonprofit or faith-based settings is preferred.
• Strong interpersonal and fundraising abilities are essential.

Responsibilities

• Agree with and uphold FCA's Christian Community Statement.
• Provide spiritual leadership for staff, volunteers, coaches and athletes.
• Lead staffing, donor engagement, and budgeting within the Advancement lanes.
• Build partnerships and collaborate with churches and community leaders.
• Ensure ministry aligns with FCA policies and biblical standards.
