FCA in Texas seeks a Director to grow the ministry by praying, staffing, and funding across Advancement Lanes: Ministry, Board, Donor, Talent, and International. This role aligns with the Regional VP, staff, and boards to fulfill FCA Vision and Mission, building a discipleship-focused strategy in the South Houston area.

The Director will lead spiritual leadership, staff development, donor engagement, and international advancement while ensuring adherence to FCA policies and biblical standards.

• Be connected to and participate in a local church.
• Maintain high biblical standards of conduct and FCA policies.

Responsabilidades

• Oversee ministry advancement across ministry, board, donor, talent, and international streams.
• Recruit, hire, train, and develop staff and volunteers to grow the ministry.
• Engage leadership boards and advisers to fund and guide FCA initiatives.
• Develop and execute an annual plan including budget, fundraising, and events.
