Job summary

Fellowship of Christian Athletes in Dallas is seeking a Director of Advancement to grow the ministry through praying, staffing, and funding across multiple advancement lanes. This role reports to leadership and works with staff, boards, and volunteers to implement a strategic ministry plan that aligns with FCA’s mission and values.

The Director will lead ministry advancement, talent management, board and donor engagement, and international alignment while modeling biblical standards and FCA

Qualifications

• Must have a calling to serve God and lead a ministry in diverse communities.
• Proven ability to recruit, develop and empower staff and volunteers.
• Experience in fundraising and donor relations.
• Strategic leadership and collaboration across boards.

Responsibilities

• Provide spiritual leadership and prayerful oversight for staff, volunteers, coaches and athletes.
• Develop and execute ministry plans aligned with FCA vision.
• Oversee staffing, recruitment and development of diverse teams.
• Manage budgets and donor engagement strategies.
• Represent FCA with integrity in the South Dallas community.
