WhiteWater Express is seeking an Area Director to lead four to ten locations with a strong focus on operational excellence, team development, and financial performance. You will report to regional leadership and drive shop-level profitability while shaping a high-performance culture.

The role requires strategic leadership, hands-on staffing oversight, and a track record of scaling operations across a region. Competitive base salary plus bonus potential supports growth and advancement.

Qualifications

Proven track record in leadership, successful management, and staff development.
5+ years of multi-unit leadership experience managing multiple locations.
Passion for delivering outstanding customer service.
Proven ability to drive revenue growth and profitability through strategic planning and operational efficiency.
Experience in leading and developing store-level managers with a focus on performance.

Responsibilities

Provide day-to-day operational leadership and direction to assigned locations.
Monitor and drive performance across store operations, staffing, facilities, and finances.
Collaborate with senior regional leadership and GM teams.
Fill open shifts to ensure seamless operations.
Oversee staff recruitment coordination and development initiatives.
Approve schedules, payroll, and purchasing invoices; set sales strategies.
Analyze P&L and develop sales and growth plans toward targets.
