The N2 Company seeks an Area Director to launch, grow, and lead a Stroll publication in your local market. You’ll build partnerships with local business owners, feature residents and their stories, and grow a recurring revenue stream, with a clear launch plan guiding your first months.

This hybrid role blends in-person relationship building with a home-office setup. You’ll lead at the local level, expanding territory, client base, and brand presence while working with a national team for design,

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED is required.
• US resident status is required.
• Ability to operate a home-based business with local community engagement is required.

Responsibilities

• Meet local business owners to build long-term advertising partnerships.
• Help local businesses reach homeowners in the neighborhoods served.
• Connect with residents to capture authentic stories reflecting the community.
• Manage territory, sales pipeline, and publication operations using N2 tools and processes.
• Partner with N2's national team for design, production, training, and ongoing support.
• Lead the publication's growth as the face of Stroll in the market.
