The N2 Company is seeking Area Directors to launch, grow, and lead a Stroll publication in your market. You’ll build partnerships with local business owners, feature residents and their stories, and grow a recurring revenue stream as a local publisher.

This hybrid role blends in-person relationship building with a home-based work setup. You’ll follow a clear launch plan, establish your territory, and grow a business under your name with national support.

Qualifications

• Candidates should be natural relationship-builders with proven consultative sales skills.
• Self-motivated and able to operate a home-based business with local engagement.
• Willingness to follow a proven plan and build a business with personal ownership.

Responsabilités

• Meet local business owners to build long-term advertising partnerships.
• Help local businesses reach homeowners in the neighborhoods served.
• Connect with residents to capture authentic community stories.
• Manage territory, sales pipeline, and publication operations using N2 tools.
• Partner with N2's national team for design, production, training and support.
• Lead the publication's growth as the face of Stroll in the market.
