The N2 Company invites you to become an Area Director to launch, grow, and lead a Stroll publication in your local market. Build partnerships with local business owners, feature residents and their stories, and grow a recurring revenue stream while working from a home office in a hybrid setup.

You’ll follow a step-by-step launch plan; in the early months you’ll establish your territory and client base, then scale into ownership of your publication and brand in your community.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• US resident with permission to work.
• Ability to operate a home-based business with local engagement.

Responsibilities

• Meet with local business owners to build long-term advertising partnerships.
• Help local businesses reach homeowners in the neighborhoods served.
• Capture authentic stories from residents reflecting community heart.
• Manage territory, sales pipeline, and publication operations with N2 tools.
• Partner with national team for design, training, and ongoing support.
• Lead publication growth as the face of Stroll in the market.
