Job summary

The N2 Company is seeking Area Directors to launch and lead a Stroll publication in your market. You’ll build partnerships with local business owners, feature residents and stories, and grow a recurring revenue stream.

Accepted candidates will follow a clear launch plan, establish territory, and grow a business with their own name on it. This hybrid role combines in-person relationship-building with a home-office setup.

Qualifications

• Must be able to operate a home-based business with local community engagement.
• Strong consultative sales instincts and initiative.
• Ability to build long-term advertising partnerships with local business owners.

Responsibilities

• Meet with local business owners to build long-term advertising partnerships.
• Help local businesses reach homeowners in the neighborhoods served.
• Connect with residents to capture authentic stories reflecting each community’s heart.
• Manage territory, sales pipeline, and publication operations using N2 tools and processes.
• Partner with N2’s national team for design, production, training, and ongoing support.
• Lead the publication’s growth as the face of Stroll in the market.
