The N2 Company is seeking an Area Director to launch and grow a Stroll publication in your local market. You’ll build partnerships with local business owners, showcase residents and stories, and grow a recurring revenue stream as a local publisher.

You’ll follow a clear launch plan, establish your territory, build your client base, and eventually run a business with your name on it. This hybrid role blends in-person relationship building with a home office.

Formación

• High school diploma or GED is required.
• US resident is required.
• Ability to operate a home-based business with local community engagement.

Responsabilidades

• Meet with local business owners to build long-term advertising partnerships.
• Help local businesses reach homeowners in the neighborhoods served.
• Connect with residents to capture authentic stories reflecting each community.
• Manage territory, sales pipeline, and publication operations using N2's tools.
• Partner with N2's national team for design, production, training, and ongoing support.
• Lead your publication's growth as the face of Stroll in your market.
