Job summary

Fellowship of Christian Athletes in Charlotte, NC seeks a Director of Advancement to grow the ministry by praying, staffing, and funding the area through Ministry, Board, Donor, Talent and International lanes. You will work with the Regional VP, staff and boards to implement a ministry plan, develop a discipleship strategy in FCA Sports Environments, and ensure alignment with biblical standards.

Qualifications

• Agree with FCA's Christian Community Statement and biblical standards.
• Engage in daily prayer and Bible study to seek guidance for the ministry.
• Provide spiritual leadership for staff, volunteers, coaches and athletes.
• Build connection to a local church and active weekly involvement.

Responsibilities

• Lead ministry advancement across Ministry, Board, Donor, Talent and International lanes.
• Recruit, hire, and develop diverse staff and volunteers to grow FCA’s footprint.
• Oversee fundraising initiatives, donor relations, and annual budgeting.
• Align staff development and ministry activities with FCA’s mission and biblical principles.
