Job summary

FCA is seeking a Director to grow the ministry by prayer, staffing, and funding the area through Advancement lanes: Ministry, Board, Donor, Talent and International. The role aligns with the Regional VP, staff, and boards to fulfill FCA Vision and Mission and live FCA Values.

The Director will implement a strategic, consistent discipleship approach in Sports Environments, ensuring biblical standards and FCA policies are upheld.

Qualifications

• Follow a spiritual rhythm including daily prayer and Bible study to seek the Lord's will for the ministry of FCA.
• Lead, conduct and provide spiritual leadership for staff, volunteers, coaches and athletes through prayer, Bible study, worship and living by example.

Responsibilities

• Agree with, and abide by, FCA's Christian Community Statement.
• Lead spiritual leadership for staff, volunteers and athletes through prayer and Bible study.
• Be connected to and participate in a local church weekly.
• Oversee recruiting, hiring and developing staff and volunteers.
• Fundraising and budgeting for the ministry across Advancement lanes (Ministry, Board, Donor, Talent, International).
• Develop staff to lead self, others, teams and organizational growth.
