Job summary

FCA is seeking a Director to grow the ministry by praying, staffing, and funding across multiple advancement lanes. The role reports to the Regional Vice President and involves alignment with staff and boards to execute a ministry plan for the assigned area.

The Director will foster discipleship in FCA Sports Environments and ensure ministry operations adhere to biblical standards and FCA policies and procedures.

Qualifications

• Aligned with FCA's Christian beliefs and mission.
• Experience leading ministries or advancement programs is a plus.
• Strong leadership and staff development capabilities.

Responsibilities

• Agree with, and abide by, FCA's Christian Community Statement.
• Lead staff, volunteers, coaches and athletes via prayer, Bible study and living by example.
• Be connected to and participate in a local church and model biblical conduct.
