Qualifications

• 2+ years of supervisory experience in mid-to-upper management roles.
• 5 years experience in residential programs or services for individuals with disabilities.
• Multi-site or multi-state management experience.

Responsibilities

• Oversee all programs and services in the assigned region.
• Ensure compliance with licensure and contract requirements.
• Represent the company in local and state workgroups.
