Cafe Rio is seeking a seasoned Area Director to oversee 6–10 restaurants, driving profitability, operational excellence, and talent development. You will coach General Managers, execute growth plans, and uphold Cafe Rio standards across locations.

You will balance financial performance with leadership development and guest satisfaction, building high-performing teams and sustaining a culture of accountability and service excellence.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of restaurant operations experience.
• 3+ years of multi-unit leadership experience.
• Proven track record of driving sales growth and profitability.
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Hospitality, or related field preferred.

Responsabilités

• Drive operational excellence across all assigned restaurants.
• Own P&L and analyze sales, labor, and food costs.
• Develop leaders through coaching, mentoring, and succession planning.
• Foster an inclusive culture with strong engagement and accountability.
• Execute growth strategies and ensure timely budgeting/forecasting.
• Ensure consistent guest experiences and resolve issues to build loyalty.
