Flynn Wendy’s, part of Flynn Group, seeks a Director of Operations to lead a multi-restaurant market. You will develop Area Directors and General Managers, champion inclusive culture, and drive performance in a fast-paced setting.

In this pivotal role, you will coach leaders, manage programs, and ensure adherence to company standards while focusing on growth and operational excellence across the district.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent in business, finance, hospitality, or related field.
• 5+ years of second-level multi-restaurant management experience, preferably with a national chain.
• 3-5+ years of supervision of multi-restaurant leaders.
• Ability to travel within the assigned area and throughout the organization as requested.
• Demonstrated analytical, mathematical, and reasoning skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.

Responsibilities

• Interview and select Area Directors and Restaurant General Managers.
• Support and supervise Area Directors throughout the training program.
• Champion an inclusive work environment with focus on work/life balance.
• Coach, develop plans, recognize accomplishments, and make equitable reward decisions.
• Lead by example, uphold brand standards, and drive performance.
