Job summary

Flynn Wendy’s is seeking an experienced Area Director to oversee 5–7 Wendy’s locations in North Jersey. You’ll lead high-performing teams, drive operational excellence, and serve as the critical link between restaurant leaders and support teams.

You will coach General Managers, optimize COGS and labor, execute local marketing plans, uphold brand standards, and partner with HR and Training to develop and retain top talent across the district.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience as an Area Director, District Manager, Director of Ops, or similar.
• Background in QSR with drive-thru experience.
• Strong leadership skills and a passion for team development.
• Proven ability to hit operational targets and build high-performing teams.
• Must be comfortable with 75% travel within a defined geographic area.
