Job summary

Flynn Wendy’s in Aldie, VA, seeks an experienced General Manager to lead our restaurant’s operations and drive results. You will mentor and develop team members, uphold Wendy’s standards, and ensure exceptional guest experiences while achieving financial objectives.

As the store leader, you’ll own day-to-day operations, oversee food safety, labor, and service benchmarks, and champion a culture of care and excellence across the team, aligned with Flynn Group’s values.

Qualifications

• Three years experience as a restaurant general manager at a quick service restaurant with a heavy drive-thru operation.
• Strong background in restaurant operations achieving benchmarks in food, labor, service, food safety.

As a Candidate

You have three years experience working as a restaurant general manager at a quick service restaurant with a heavy drive-thru operation (Wendy's, McDonalds, Burger King, Arby's, Taco Bell, etc.).

You have a strong background in restaurant operations achieving benchmarks in food, labor, service, food safety, sanitation, and cleanliness. You have a passion for developing and leading teams and strive for excellence.
