You will train and guide seasonal staff, manage workflow, and use WMS/RF tools to ensure safe, efficient order processing. The position is on-site in Georgia with opportunities to improve processes and support key projects.

Qualifications

• Hands-on tasks in production including order picking, packing, and inventory control.
• Supervising seasonal and temporary staff, training and coaching.
• Maintain productivity, accuracy and safety standards.
• Identify workflow issues and propose improvements.

Responsibilities

• Lead hands-on tasks in the production area including order picking, packing, and inventory management.
• Direct seasonal and temporary employees on the floor during peak periods.
• Utilize WMS and RF scanners to manage inventory flow and resolve discrepancies.
• Identify and propose improvements to speed and accuracy.
• Communicate area needs and progress to warehouse supervisors and team leads.
• Ensure area cleanliness and safety compliance.
• Support special projects and cross-training initiatives.
