Job summary

Taco Bell Franchise is seeking an Area Coach to provide leadership and direct supervision of approximately 4–10 Taco Bell restaurants, ensuring each Restaurant General Manager meets the operating plan.

The ideal candidate has at least 5 years of multi-unit management experience, excels at coaching managers, and drives customer satisfaction and financial performance. This role requires daily travel between stores and reliable transportation.

Responsibilities

• Find, hire and develop RGMs, Assistant General Managers and Shift Managers.
• Coach RGMs on the '4 Rights' and provide regular 1:1 feedback.
• Take action proactively and maintain high activity.
• Assess how customers view restaurants through visits, VOC and CORE analysis.
• Lead product and program rollouts with RGMs to ensure success.
• Resolve customer complaints quickly while maintaining positive relations.
• Demonstrate a positive, enthusiastic attitude with coworkers, employees and customers.
• Analyze the financial performance of the area and identify trends.

The Area Coach (AC) provides overall leadership and direct supervision of approximately 4 - 10 Taco Bell restaurants to ensure that each Restaurant General Manager (RGM) meets or exceeds the Annual Operating Plan established for their individual unit.

Role:

• People Role model the How We Work Together Principles.
• Find and hire and develop the best RGMs, Assistant General Managers and Shift Managers.
• Coach your RGMs on the “4 Rights” in their restaurants and provide regular feedback during 1:1 sessions.

Requirements

• Basic personal computer literacy
