Job summary

Right at Home Northeast Nebraska is seeking a dependable Area Care Tech to support clients when regular staff are unavailable. You will provide compassionate in-home care across multiple families, emphasizing safety and dignity.

Responsibilities include personal hygiene, mobility assistance, light housekeeping, meal prep, companionship, and accurate care documentation. A CNA or PCA license is preferred, with willingness to travel and a valid driver's license.

Qualifications

• Active CNA or PCA license preferred.
• Willing to become PCA if needed.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
• Clean background check.
• Willingness to travel to client homes.

As an ACT, you’ll play a vital role in maintaining continuity of care across multiple clients and locations. Your responsibilities include:

• Assisting with personal hygiene and grooming
• Supporting safe mobility and transfers
• Performing light housekeeping and meal preparation
• Offering companionship and emotional support
• Documenting care activities and reporting any changes in client condition
• Responding quickly to client needs in various homes across assigned areas

What We’re Looking For:

• Age 18 or older
• Active CNA or PCA license (preferred) OR Willing to become PCA.
• Valid driver’s license + reliable transportation
• Current auto insurance
• Clean background check
• Willingness to travel to client homes as needed
