The Role

As a Sales Development Representative (SDR), you will be the first point of contact in the sales cycle. Your daily responsibilities include:

  1. Researching and creating targeted lists of potential prospects who could benefit from our clients’ tech products/services.
  2. Qualifying prospects and booking conversations with the client’s Account Executive to move them to the next sales stage.
  3. Continuously improving your sales development skills and exploring career growth opportunities in high-tech sales.
Training

All new SDRs attend Prospecting Principles training, equipping you with essential tools, skills, and techniques for success. After a 3-day Bootcamp, you will apply these principles over the following six weeks. Post-certification, weekly company-wide training sessions will support your ongoing development.

As you gain experience, you can advance into roles within sales, recruiting, or operations at memoryBlue, or transition into the high-tech industry, which values our experience highly.
