Job summary

Worley is seeking a Roads and Pads Operator (Levels 1–4) to operate a range of heavy equipment in Prudhoe Bay, AK. The role requires a Class A CDL and DOT compliance, with responsibilities including inspections, safety plans, and load handling in a remote Arctic environment.

The position involves rotating schedules, on-site meals and lodging provided, and transportation between Anchorage and Prudhoe Bay. Ideal candidates have 2+ years of experience and relevant endorsements.

Qualifications

• Must hold a Class A CDL and tanker endorsement.
• Two years minimum experience, 1500 hours documented hours or equivalent.
• DOT medical card required.
• High school diploma or GED.
• Must be able to be covered by Worley’s auto insurance provider.

Responsibilities

• Perform pre- and post-trip inspections of trucks and heavy equipment.
• Complete a job-specific Pre-Task Safety Plan before starting work.
• Notify lead/dispatch of faulty equipment and red tag for repair.
• Adhere to health, safety and environment policies at all times.
• Safely secure loads in accordance with DOT policies and best practices.
• Safely drive equipment to dispatched locations.
• Maintain equipment in good/clean working order.
• Maintain communications with dispatch and clients.
• Attend toolbox and safety meetings.
• Safely climb ladders of various heights.
