Job summary

Worley is seeking a Roads and Pads Equipment Operator for a remote/rotational role based in Prudhoe Bay, AK. The position involves operating graders, loaders, snowblowers, dozers and other heavy equipment on an 84-hour weekly schedule with meals and lodging provided on location and transportation from Anchorage to Prudhoe Bay included.

Candidates must have a Class A CDL and demonstrate knowledge of DOT regulations, safety practices, and ability to supervise others.

Qualifications

• Requires Class A CDL and experience operating heavy civil road maintenance equipment.
• Knowledge of DOT regulations and safety procedures is essential.
• Able to supervise other operators and coordinate crew work.
• Ability to read gauges and manuals and follow safety plans.

Responsibilities

• Operate a wide range of heavy equipment to maintain roads and pads in Prudhoe Bay.
• Perform pre/post-trip inspections and safety checks on equipment.
• Load/unload materials and secure loads per DOT and company policies.
• Maintain equipment in good, clean working order and communicate with dispatch.
