Job summary

NANA Worley is hiring for multiple I&C engineering positions ranging from Entry-level to Specialist I&C Engineers, based in Anchorage, AK. Remote work may be considered case-by-case.

Responsibilities include developing standards, designing instrumentation for hydrocarbon projects, and coordinating DCS installations. Education emphasizes ABET-accredited electrical/control-related engineering degrees with professional licensure preferred.

Qualifications

• ABET-accredited bachelor’s degree in electrical, controls, fire protection, or related engineering field.
• EIT or FE exam is preferred.
• PE license strongly desired.

Responsibilities

• Develops or adapts instrumentation and controls design standards based on regulations and client requirements.
• Designs instrumentation and controls for hydrocarbon plant projects and field/control room specs.
• Interfaces with other discipline engineers to determine instrumentation and controls specifications.
• Coordinates the configuration of digital control systems (DCS) installations.
• Provides input to project P&ID’s.
• Researches and analyzes data to determine feasibility of design or application.
• Works with team to develop scopes, estimates and schedules.
• Develops equipment and material selection and construction specs.
• Ensures compliance with codes, regulations and laws.
• Provides support during fabrication and installation to ensure documents are followed.
