Job summary

NANA Worley is seeking Instrumentation & Controls Engineers across entry to Specialist I&C levels for work in Anchorage, AK. The role focuses on planning and designing process systems within a multi-discipline team, applying advanced engineering principles to project tasks.

Responsibilities include standards development, hydrocarbon plant instrumentation design, and DCS coordination, with emphasis on regulatory compliance and safety. Remote arrangements may be considered case-by-case.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in electrical, control systems, fire protection, or related engineering field from an ABET-accredited institution.
• A minimum of 2 years of work experience; oil & gas industry experience preferred.
• Engineer in Training (EIT) or FE Exam preferred.
• PE license strongly desired.

Responsibilities

• Develops instrumentation and controls design standards for projects per regulatory requirements and client specs.
• Designs instrumentation and controls for hydrocarbon plant projects, including field and control room specifications.
• Coordinates DCS configurations and provides input to P&IDs.
• Ensures compliance with codes and safety requirements.
• Provides technical direction and support to engineers and drafters.
