STG Inc. in Alaska seeks a Driller for a seasonal, fixed-term, on-site role supporting construction projects across rural Alaska. You will operate and maintain drilling equipment to bore holes for foundations, anchoring, and preparation for blasting, collaborating with field teams.

The role requires strong drilling knowledge, ability to read blueprints, and a proven safety record. Expect extended site work, travel to remote locations, and adherence to project specs and company policies.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED equivalent required.
• Five (5) or more years of drilling or related construction experience required.
• Ability to pass drug, driving, and background screenings.

Responsibilities

• Perform drilling work for extended periods to support project completion.
• Coordinate drilling activities with other trades.
• Follow directions from supervisors while maintaining productivity.
• Drill or bore holes in rock for construction, including grouting and anchoring.
• Operate drilling equipment and adjust settings to material.
• Travel to rural worksites and live in camp-style environments.
• Ensure safety and quality per project specs.
