Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a closely related field with strong communications grounding.
• Minimum 5 years in a communications field focusing on social media, events, or marketing.
• Proven ability to craft narrative-driven social content for multi-channel campaigns.
• Excellent writing and editorial skills with clear, concise messaging.
• Ability to manage multiple workstreams across teams and timelines.
• Familiarity with email marketing tools and CMS platforms.
• Experience analyzing digital channel performance and reporting insights.

Responsibilities

• Lead Architecture practice social media, ensuring alignment with priorities and audience needs.
• Draft and refine organic content, maintain editorial calendar, and oversee publishing workflows.
• Collaborate with Corporate Social Media teams for cross-channel consistency and paid campaigns.
• Provide analytics and insights to support strategic campaigns and improve reach.
• Participate in team cadences and contribute to integrated communications efforts.
